For a sock exchange, there is a shipping charge of $4.50. The request must be made less than 30 days after the date of dispatch of the order and the products must not have been worn or tested.
Return and refund
For a return with a refund of socks, there is a $7 shipping fee. The request must be made less than 30 days after the date of dispatch of the order and the products must not have been worn or tested.
For orders in the United States and Europe
No exchange or refund is possible for an international order, except in the event of a defect or a shipping error.
Pick-up or return of orders
If an order is returned to us because it has not been claimed at the post office or because of an address error, a team member will contact you by email. If we are without news for more than 60 days following this email, the order will be cancelled without refund and without possibility of exchange. This policy also applies to pick up orders that are not picked up more than 60 days after the confirmation email.
